...if Stewart would release a new rock album with tracks taken from all those sessions at the Sacred Grove???

I can only imagine the sticker (green of course) on the cover that says:

The new album from Stewart Copeland featuring:
Les Claypool
Neil Peart
Danny Carey
Armand Sabal Lecco
Serj Tankian
Omar Fadel
Vittorio Cosma
Jeremy Piven
Klark Kent
Andy Summers (I'm sure he would partecipate)

and many more!

...just to name a few...

Wouldn't it be a great piece of work???

Great idea... Andy + Stewart + Daniel Hope jamming at Andy's home and recorded by "Arte TV" counts on it?

Like you even have to ask, Gio?! :D

Seriously, though...while I'd love an official album, I'm thrilled that were getting these awesome little tracks as they come along (and um, cough, there are lots of great programs for stripping audio mp3s from YouTube videos...not that I'd know anything about or endorse such shenanigans.)

Actually what I'd really love is a DVD of the videos in higher quality than blocky YouTube vids...perhaps with multi-camera angle options and the like. Now THAT would make me tssst!
What's with all this "tsst'ing"? I hope it's not people naysaying. Didn't Giovanni mention a rock album? I was under the notion that Mr. Copeland has a broad mind and is vastly talented and enjoys working with a variety of people and mixing his awesome talents with others.
I hope everyone has a great holiday! I'm throwing a party tonight...if anyone lives around Portland...
The 'tsst" thing is just our little onomatopoeiaic way of saying that such a notion makes us so excited that we just peed a little.

I third the motion!

He puts butterflies inside me...my very first boyfriend was his lookalike. We used to spend hours in his car listening to cassettes of The Police with me on his lap...I hand selected this guy for the sole purpose of identical looks and his awesome taste in music. I'm only 5'1...the boyfriend was 6'5....a little taller than the Real One...but still, everyone said he looked just like Stewart Copeland.
The End!

I don't know how to post links to other threads here, but check out Thunk Alert and 2011 Tease. It's almost time for a 2012 Squee. Maybe you can take on that task, JB!?

PS somewhere there are also two threads about how people chose their user names.

Good to get these things off the chest sometimes. And now how does it feel?

Oh my gosh, Jemma. I was just stating my opinion. If you stick round here you'll find there are a lot of opinionated people who happen to have a common love for all things Stewart. Sorry you felt you were being censored.
If you hang around you'll find the Nutters are a pretty fun-loving, easy going group.
So, let your hair down. Rock out and have fun. Do what you want.
