Last weekend we were driving with our 2+ year old son Sam and out in a disc with one of my wife's favorite tracks, Bob Dylan's Positively 4th Street.
Sam expressed his views by putting his fingers into his ears. Not a Dylan fan. We had never seen him do that before.
I will say that I hated Dylan through high school and into college until somehow I was converted.
On the same trip he did say "Yay" to Message in a Bottle.
Sam also likes the Qakastan Hymn of the Republic more that the Prince of Cameroon, although I have the opposite view.

my boy, Beck, was 18 months on friday... he dances to lots of stuff, he'll nod his head to any rhythm.... but he'll get up and dance to anything but most keenly to northern soul, noisy guitars or hard dance... there is a chemical brothers track with horses neighing in it which he loves, and a few with choo choo trains choo-chooing which he also loves.
a few days ago to some northern soul he moonwalked backwards about 5 paces, got down on his hands and knees and waggled his bum in the air, then rolled over onto his back, arched his back, stood up and started clapping himself while my wife and i pissed ourselves laughing.
