Just checking in with other east-coasters who got hit with the fluke snow storm last week. I'm in Connecticut and there are still people without power =(

Welcome any_other_day!

While I qualify as an East Coast Nutter (Williamsburg, Virginia) we only had 2 days of rain.

Maybe those seriously effected are still without power and cells? Calling all East-Coast Nutters!!!

My co-worker's mother-in-law and stepfather-in-law who lived in NJ died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning from using a gas engine power generator in their garage. They had even left the garage door cracked open but it wasn't enough to prevent a lethal amount of gas buildup. They had been dead about two days when they were discovered. Miraculously, their dog survived.

I saw that on the news - terrible!

We were fine - close enough to the coast for it to mostly be rain/wet snow. I have some family in CT that are still without power though.

Such a tragedy. Conroy, please pass along condolences from the Nutters. What is that saying about 7 degrees of separation (or something like that)?
