Stewart was at the show and told Sting that he would have played on the other opera house in town...simply a little bigger than the one where Sting played! Hihihihihi...

By the way, no new Sting records scheduled as of now, but there will be a GREATEST HITS (probably double cd) in November.

a great band... glad that he's back to a smaller band and making some loud noises......

so , josh f twatted that Stewart was there? Can we assume that they chatted then?

but again the same refrain; where are the new songs, gordo?

LiSting speaks of some tracks from Dream of the Blue Turtles which have been re-mixed and, apparently, sound amazing... too bad that they may only be available on the mega-priced 25 years box set thingy.

"Back To Bass"- Tour? Really? (really...)
Should be called "I-Hope-Noone-Notices-I-Don't-Write-Any-New-Songs"-Tour!

pleased that he'll be playing bass and not laconically leaning on a mike stand.

the press release proudly says that this is to promote his Solo Boxset thingy... and yet he'll still be playing some Police songs, i know they're his songs but i woulda thought if there was ever a time not to play them, this'd be it.

electric violin, anyone?

does he ever stop touring?

You'd think one of these days he could stop touring rehashed material and maybe spend some time writing something new again, yeah. I have like seriously less-than-zero interest in seeing this.
