Thses seems OT but really isn't.

Our son Sam (who was kicked out of the Andy Summers lecture last week) is getting ready for Christmas. He is giving a wary eye to that Santa Clause but he will be happy ocme Christmas day.

He loves music and we got him some percussion and a toddler guitar so he can be either Stewart or Andy when he grows up.

Note the close up of the guitar for what song is listed first on the palylist that comes with it. Making sure he learns the right songs early on.

Something is telling me that you don't want to give him a bass guitar...eheh
Percussion: perfect choice
Guitar: when he will be 9 or 10
Bass: later on...but trust me...it's magic.

nice.

Beck loves the percussion egg things i've got.... we've got some Gordo themed maracas waiting on a shelf for him... gordo themed 'cos they're decorated to look like bees with the handle as the Sting.

I'm very tempted to get Stewina a pink drum kit ... Abby has shown an interest in a pink princess guitar

My boy Matt has that guitar. He loves it. He pretends to be Andy - He even has the same hair color!

Guess who INSISTED that he have the thing?

Christmas has come and gone and the gifts were a hit for Sam who likes both the guitar and the drum, as shown here.

Notice that Sam, unlike Stewart, uses the matching grip to hold the drum stick in the left hand. Well, it would be matching if he also held one in the right hand. Not sure where the second drum stick is now that I think about. Oh well.

beautiful pix.

Beck (just 6 months) is a little young for the wooden music centre (xylophone, triangle, drum, maracas, bells etc); just seems to want to suck the guiro!
