STEWART COPELAND

Hi Everybody,

I just wanted to take a second of your time to say hello. I am a long time Police fan (1979 I think when my brother and I bought a copy of No Wave at the record store and couldn't decide who we liked more, some guy named Klark Kent and another group called the Police!) I ended up buying both. I saw them in Chicago in 1983 at the opening of the synchronicity tour, saw Sting in 1985 in West Lafayette, In (dream of the Blue Turtles) and then saw the Police in 2007 at Wrigley field in Chicago, in 2008 All State arena in Chicago and Marcus Ampitheatre in Milwaukee, WI. I also saw Sting this last go round of his Symphinicites tour.

I collect Police shows and Police memorabilia. Ii have quite a bit now...been doing it awhile. I am an American History buff (Kit Carson). and enjoy running.

I tried some time ago to get on this website but couldn't, and after awhile I gave up, but would check in every once in awhile to read posts. I am a member of The Police.com and met a friend there "LTWOMAN" who has become a trading buddy and she urged me to try again to reestablish my login.

I have been a fan since I was a kid, went and saw them for the first time in Oakland 83 (I was 13), then saw them on tour in 07-08 here in Vegas. Good times.

Welcome welcome...sorry if it took so long for you to log in, but here at the SC.net HQ we faced some troubles about all this tech stuff...don't want to go into further (boring) details, but anyway, here you are!

IN A FEW DAYS, after getting in touch with all these bunch of crazy 'nutters', you will easily ask yourself WHY the hell did I log in??? Ahahaha, just kidding...we're just cool people, talking about a cool musician and some more cool stuff like daily life! Yes, we're normal people too, and we have a daily life too.

I'm sure you will have some cool chances to meet some of the forumers in the near future, maybe at a Stewart gig (next one in Dallas), or at a Police gig (if there will be any in the future...maybe not too 'near' future as Stewart himself said in an interview on Dutch tv - check some threads ago).
