Yo if you want to get blasted back to circa 1979 then GO SEE THE SPECIALS I saw the Toronto show Aug 28 and trust me a Skatomic Bomb dropped in Toronto, absolutely amazing

Listen to Ska Man. He is wise. A peerless band.
One caveat - gig I was at in London last year didn't take me back to '79 (and I'd assumed it would). It was superbly, energetically, urgently NOW. Turns out those songs don't date. Not sure if that's a compliment to the band or a horrible judgement on society, but either way - a superb gig.

All three came up from the States especially for the concert! Their visit had been planned for months and well documented in the thread entitled something like "Plans Afoot for a Nutter Invasion of Canada". I'm too lazy to make a link, but just scroll down the page a little and you'll see it.
I can't believe you were at the concert, too, and we totally missed you! Damn! It would have been great to see you there and have you join us for a pint beforehand at the pub.

Ahh man that would of been fun. I've been reduced to my Blackberry therefore not online much these days. I gotta make up for my oversight I had seen the thread but things happened so fast it would of been awesome to skank with my nutta rudeboys and rudettes
