Without a doubt, drug use must have been involved with this. The question is which one(s)???!!!

On the verge of disturbing. But Guerrilla Stewart looks dreamy. I'm glad I didn't see that clip back in the day. It might have been too much for my little socialist heart.
Thanks for bringing this here, sockii. And thanks iain for digging it up. I saw it in the links, but it's nice to comment on it here.

I love the interpretation one person posted to my Facebook:
"The whole thing can be read as an Imperealist allegory [Asia taking over the West's sphere of influence (with Sting as Washington, not Napoleon / George III), the Middle East looming behind them?]."

The East steps on the West's hands, the West swats the East away and expresses frustration/exasperation, and the Middle East kicks back and puts its feet up. Throw in the words "agency" and "hegemony," and there's someone's thesis in that right there.
Much thanks again to Iain for the link.

I'm surprised Stewart hasn't rocked the mountain man ruffian look more often. It really suits him.
The Ralph Macchio thing hit me right between the eyes the first time I watched it. Wax on, wax off.

agreeeeed, they look like they'd had, erm, some r&r time......
"I'd like a garbage can. "
Galvanized or plastic?"
"What's the difference?"
"About 28 decibels."
however, i think THIS (below) is the strangest clip; and you posted it sockii!....... for several reasons:
is that really where gordo got those fucking words for this strange old tune? before i'd seen this clip a while ago i had no idea that the first line was "I'd like a garbage can.", i mean, whatthefuck?!?!? san fran waitress from a newspaper and this from an (unfunny) cartoon................ when was it filmed? someone in the comments points out that gordo didnt have the p-bass til after outlandos came out.......

Wow. That is something.
Stewart looks like he belongs back in Lebanon where he grew up.
I kept think of the Klark Kent song Guerrilla. I'm on the run from a bum with a gun.
And the Eberhard Schoener clip that Smax posted isn't as insane as the one that started the thread.
