OT: ANDY & STEWART friend -CERATI- suffered a brain attack

Argentinian rock star, Gustavo Cerati, well known as the leader of rock trio "Soda Stereo" (Inspired by The Police), who are friend of Stewart Copeland and Miles Copeland and that also recorded THE POLICE (spanish version) of "Bring on The Night" with Andy Summers, suffered a brain attack a couple of days ago after a "Solo" Concert in Caracas Venezuela... Gustavo Cerati suffred a descompensation at the bakckstage of this concert while a press interview and was interned at a Hospital of Caracas... the result was doctors made an emergency surgery intervention and remove part of the bones head of Cerati for avoiding problems on the brain... He was inducted into "coma" and breath with oxygen tubes and other type of medical treatment for waiting his recovery.
"Soda Stereo" was considered one of the most selling bands in Latin America and have fans around the continent, they won grammies, mtv's and other musical awards. Gustavo Cerati (51) also made a solid "Solo" career experimenting with pop rock, electro techno vibes and classical symphony in their albums. Also he made an Unplugged for MTV. The Other members of "Soda Stereo", bassist "Zeta" Bossio and drummer Charly Alberti (an Stewart Copeland fan) said guitarist, singer, composer and frontman Gustavo Cerati smokes around 40 cigarrets per day and that two years ago suffred a cardiovascular illness called "Thrombosis" in one of his legs.
