The Truth About The SC Forum

After getting back from gigging tonight "which I Know Nothing About" I thought deep in hard about the exchange that took place this afternoon. Now it is time to be as transparent as possible...many people who no longer chat here feel the same as me and they have either one, stopped chatting here or have quit all together...but I'll be dammed since I have been here since the " 3 changes of this website" ...and still remember this place in it's inception just to throw up my hands and quit this place, it's not gonna happen.

I have been labeled as crazy/wacko/nut/idiot/radical/freak...and now finally using falmebait...the final straw man!!!
"I'm only writing this because others may not be aware of your history with us"
..who died and made you queen?

Always starting trouble..what the heck....because I disagree with someone about a particular topic ...means I am causing trouble? huh what!!!!

I have posted a total of 436 times to your 7254 times...hardly always chiming in and causing trouble.

This is how this forum works ,if you do not agree with the majority then you are labeled as a trouble maker...or an idiot/wacko.
I have every right to express my opinion just as much as you....if you think it is offensive don't read it!!!

Because I like or dislike a band is futile....and a very weak argument.

And for that matter very hypocritical...how many people have blasted Sting for the music he makes on this forum.

Physician heal thyself!!!!

(other threads currently showcase your negativity on such topics as Hot Head Show and the Nashville music scene)

Why don't we look at what I said...shall we about the Hothead show....how is this

I so dig what Hot Head Stands for "bucking the music industry" cause we all know it sucks today. But with that being said I am not a fan.

What I said about "The Nashville Scene" is all true...I forgot you gig and tour for a living you know the inside scene?

An email from a friend of mine just the other day his words not mine... April 7 at 4:49am
Richmond is thriving. I'm playing in 4-5 different projects. Played 12 gigs last month. At least the club gigs here pay $100 per man sometimes more. Also, plenty of festivals and private events in the region. DC is only a few hours to the north, plus there is the beach scene as well. Believe it or not, Richmond real estate is cheaper than Nashville's. I still miss Nashville at times because of the amazing talent pool, but it's nice to work and make some money at the same time. How's everything with you. Saw you have a new project. Going well?

Which many of my good friends to just name a few Anthony Seletis...White Heart/Todd Ellsworth...Phil Keaggy/...left so they could find better work and better pay..but I know nothing about it.

Get your facts straight and quit making me out to be evil and mean...

I stand by what I said in the other thread. Clearly I personally can't stop you from posting wild accusations and inaccuracies all over the message board. Post flamebait all you want. But I feel a responsibility to the new people here to let them know you have a long history in this community as someone who enjoys insulting others and trying to draw them into arguments. Oh, and complaining over not receiving goods in trade, according to someone who's seen you online longer than I.

As sockii succinctly put it in a related thread, "please don't feed the trolls."

Oh, and one more thing, because you just never know: having trouble in one's personal relationships and not understanding why others aren't there for you can be a sign of mental or emotional illness. If this is you, DBMI, I truly hope you're able to find the resources you need; there are some wonderful professionals in that community who could be a real source of support for you if you need it.

But if that's not the case, and you simply enjoy being a crank? Well, I just got nothin'. But I do think the mental issue can be an important one; can go unaddressed in certain situations; and there's no shame in it.

Don't take this place too seriously; this is just a 'common ground', nothing more than that; it's all about talking about Stewart Copeland music, about related stuff, about 'one of the soundtrack of our life', together with some other issues that most of us feel talking in public with some friends...that's it.
I know sometimes it goes 'beyond' the rules (I hate rules...ahaha), but just see everything from your 'third eye' and you will see it's not too complicated facing something that sometimes goes 'out of hands'.

I think I have always been on Giovanni's page, as far as this Nutter Net is concerned. Very serious when seeing the pics posted and hearing everybody's Stewart Copeland/related music stories. As for the rest, really just enjoy each other and the differences, we are a diverse bunch-united in Copeland!! People from all around this planet have focussed on this artists musical contributions, a great thing! Goodness, I hope we are all not carbon copies.......
