Definitely a bummer.
Ge the Knack was probably the first album I ever bought with my own money. In addition to My Sharona, I also wore out Your Name or Your Number. It was a great year for music. I remember buying Michael Jackson's Off the Wall that same summer.

I Remember that, at the tour reunion announce gig (at Hollywood's Whisky a Go Go), Sting, Andy and Stew playing a bit of My Sharona.....
