Brian found this for me, along w/ the refills, at Staples office supply store. Office Depot does NOT have this at any of their Cinci stores.
And yes, this Sharpie is every bit as solid and fabulous as I knew it would be at-first-sight

ONly because a couple folks asked and seemed as nerdiliciously excited about this as I've been.
