I realised that as I was listening to this, I was making a face as if I was sucking a lemon. Says it all!

He sort of sounds like Shaun Ryder of Happy Mondays and Black Grape.

I didn't think it was so bad. He's actually better in the middle and upper register. That chorus is an absolute nightmare to sing unless you're a certain bass player.

Wow.

Andy's bad, but the howling background singing is what gets me.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

I could have handleded ot just fine without the background singing. I don't mind Andy's voice generally anyway even if this isn't him at his best. But the background singers do it in.
SC-There are a few crazy people on this planet. Sure sign of that is that they kinda like my music

wow. proves that just because it's andy and just because it's omega man, that don't mean it's gonna be good. in fact, it very well may be terrifying. in this case, it is. the horror.

having read the comments and then watched it... i was pleasantly surprised...... i've heard young andy do much worse on other tunes... i think there's a "So Lonely" somehere which is truly execrable..

Well, I had to go and ask "where's Andy?"

I saw Andy on this tour, in NYC. I don't remember it sounding like this. We had fun, got right up to the stage in the old Ritz on 11th Street in NYC. One of the first concerts I was allowed to see without adult supervision. Also one of the first where the idea of seeing the same show more than once--even if in the same week--was NOT insane and of course it cost very little even by 1987 prices. I remember he played So Lonely and we went nuts, and there were many calls for Sally but she did not appear. I still have some photos from the show and when I have some time to pull them out and scan, I will post. Although this is not the best sounding piece of work from this tour, it brings back fun memories, so thanks! *loves Andy too*

Too bad the band (The Police I mean) never played it live...too many tracks out of Ghost were never played live!!! Even if I heard 'Secret Journey' live and it dind't sound that good, I guess they should have given some more chances to those great tracks!

REHUMANIZE-YOURSELF
TOO MUCH INFORMATION (played just a few times)
SECRET JOURNEY (for what I know it was played just one or two times live)
OMEGA MAN

Such a shame!

By they way....I would pay $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to see them play SHAMBELLE and THE OTHER WAY OF STOPPING live !!!
