It is an absolutely glorious piece of work. I went out and bought it, and couldn't put it down for 3 weeks until I finished it. Actually, when I got to the last 3 chapters I stopped for a few days because I didn't want it to end.

Andy's wonderful wit and vivid details keep you engaged all the way through it. It was great to get to know who he his more and how all of that wonderful music emits from him. His pre-Police days were amazing. You will be surprised of all the things Andy went through before the Police.

If you still have a lot of Police questions (why, when, where, whatever) Andy's book, along with Stew's dvd is like a healing combo injection for the disease we were left with known as "A-Sting-ma-tism."

heh-heh, clever if I do say so myself..

I got half way through, then started reading Uther, then half way through that and started reading Blood and Gold.

Don't get me wrong I have found all three of them very interesting, but finishing one...

I think Everyone stares and Andy's book are very complementary and I'm glad they were both released almost simultaneously. A release of Police Around the world on DVD would have been sublime.

Andy has talked about how his book was originally 800 pages and I wish his editor had let him. After reading his book, I love his style so much that I need more like a junkie needing another fix. I hope he does a follow-up of some sort.
