According to the Harper Collins Canada website, Strange Things Happen will now be released in the Great White North on Sept. 18 rather than Sept. 16.

Yes, Stewart is suppose to record an audio version. Don't know if he will do it abridged or unabridged.
Hmmm, I orderd the book from Chapters.

The release date is still September the 16th , except the book has 80 pages less!

I'm more than willing to wait two days for eighty extra pages!

I ordered from Chapters as well. I think they just haven't yet updated their site with the new info from the publisher.

Looks like unabridged from the Harper Collins site. :D

I haven't pre-ordered it yet from Chapters because I sometimes trust looking for it myself on release day.

If they actually Fucking decide on a day eh ?

I guess our calenders are also in metric.

Fuckers.

heh,heh. Can't wait.

Oh, for the love of gong! I just checked the Harper Collins Canada site and they still have a release date of Sept. 18, but Chapters is listing the 29th as the date. BB must be right; it's some metric conversion screw up.

Oh, I'm so glad I checked in here for this... I didn't know there was a release date even close to being confirmed!

I know when my book was published there were 4 or 5 release dates and those constantly changed; in the end there was a release date for the US and a separate one for Canada, probably others for the rest of the world but it didn't occur to me to check at the time. I've pre-ordered Stewart's book so I don't care about the release date as long as they send it to me... and as long as any date for a booksigning stays solid! :) Any of you who have seen (and are by now probably annoyed by) my Facebook status updates knows why a date set in stone is a good thing for me! :) I'm also going to try and see Margaret Atwood in a few weeks. If you're up for that, drop me a line. I miss you guys - drop me a line anyway :)
