Happy Flagiversary! :D

Ottawa, one year ago today... already!!!

Happy Flagiversary to everyone who was at the concert that night and helped make it one of the best times of my life :) I have my entire office celebrating with me -- that's about 90 agents plus staff -- and I've printed out Flag and Stewart photos from the night to put up all over the walls, windows, and door of my own office. I have videos and YouTube links and my iPod all charged up for the day. I'll even be decked out in the same green shirt outfit I wore that night!

What can I say? Stewart has the kind of magic that still gets people caffeinated even a full year later.

Thank you, Stewart... I'm still hoping to write some music for haunted houses with you someday. Thank you, Kellie, for the opportunity to be a part of the excitement and for just... well... everything! And thank you Grace (who was to be my co-conspirator for the night) and luddite lady and Kyla and Chris and Alex and... and... and... everyone else who made my flag-bearing night such a fantastic time.

Miss you guys, but keep in touch...
xo ~M.

[edited to fix a grammar mistake - too early to be that caffeinated without imbibing the real thing]

OMG that Avatar is evil! I don't know who that stranger is - did you meet that person in the parking lot or something?

Happy flagiversary Buttercup. Have a good one.
Thanks for the laugh.

Happy Flagiversary, grace and sameol'! I thought about you two a lot today. I've been stuck at home with some sort of cough for a few days. I figure it was better to put myself in exile during the pandemic hysteria.
I was having a whole lot more fun this time last year.

And smudge, how's the bank holiday going? Any transatlantic trips planned this time around?
