Stewart's working on it. So far Sting and Andy haven't given permission for him to release them on cd.

Man I hope they give him permission, I would buy that cd the instant it came out.

Just burn the songs off the dvd to a cd. I think Stew wanted us to do that, that's why he put the full tracks on there.
But there are a few more that aren't on the dvd.

Stewart said this a few weeks ago;

"Actually there are a couple more...
There is a Does Everyone Stare, which was an afterthought for the extra DVD material (actually includes a few bars of GZMO – don’t tell A or S). And then there is, as an after after thought, a little version of Bring on the Night, which NO ONE has heard but Andy – who hates it. They may appear soon in the Vault...
That makes nine."

I just met Stewart yesterday in Lille, France after a Q&A and we had a little chat (I was so f***ing intimidated !!!)
I asked him if the Derangements will be soon released but.... no chance because of Andy and Sting. They don't like the tracks. Universal seemed very interested though just after "Everyone Stares" was nominated in the Sundance festival.
But... who knows ? one day maybe !

Dive sent me (Thank you!) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 can someone send me the rest? Pretty please?

But he can't just put them in the vault... couldn't he send them to Gio, and Gio could pass them around? If each one person that recieved them sent them out to two people they would be out to everyone in no time!

Sting and Andy never have to know. :wink:

Sure is strange how Sting will give P Diddy the green light to "arrange" "Every Breath You Take" but won't let the guy who put him on the map release music true fans would cherish. Guess it's all about the projected revenue.

Did they use the actuall music from the original version? Which Andy wrote, and played.... yet he got no credit?

Derangements

It's a bit complicated but that's more on the hands of EMI Publishing; while The Police 'Derangements', as Stewart said, are about touching The Police songs with just one head, not the three of them...
