Try to get on one of Malgordo's pages (MySpace, StingUs, etc.) Other artists that are on twitter have disclaimers (some actually post their real twitter handles, which almost always are NOT the one you'd expect). :wink:

I think we have it on pretty good authority that "Sting does not chat". I'm assuming that applies to tweeting/twittering. (Do we have an official verb yet?) There are countless 'official' twitter accounts that are yet more soul destroying marketing exercises - I suspect Sting has rather more class than that.

It is a strange little corner of cyberspace, but where else can you get a daily LA weather report from David Lynch (when he's home)?

My guess is he is fake. There's too much that looks "homebrewed" to me. He also says they are working on new Police material.

I'm on Twitter as @elleinthecity. It's really me, there is only me, no fake me's.

TheRealSting has got to be a fake. Can you REALLY picture Gordo tweeting? I am following Mark from blink182 on Twitter (I know for a fact that he's really him). Twitter still confuses me. When I log on to find out that Mark "broke a tooth today and just finished watching Deadliest Catch", I realize that I may have regressed into an intellectual mollusk.
I can't see Sir Sting doing that. Now, to pay someone on his staff to "relate to the kids", that's possible...
