What is my reaction? What should it be? smax @ hyde park

Sounds as though Hyde Park was a veritable sea of separate, discrete stories, played out over a field of crushed plastic beer bottles.

We should try to find out if anyone was conceived or born on the site that day. The crowd was so tightly compressed, _anything_ could have happened there.

Glad I kept an eye on my daughter though.

seriously, there was no danger... next to my wife and surrounded by nutters, even the flag had three layers of impermeable membrane protecting it, let alone...

Remember: it did try to mate with someone's backpack. It is The Flag, after all.

Couldn't agree more with EQ. Read the whole damn thread again in my lunchbreak, and had a big damn grin on my face all afternoon. I wish there had been a Smax-cam for that gig. The footage would have made a great 'bonus' addition to the tour DVD.

Smax, mate, I'm slightly concerned that you're bumping this thread so a friend can read it. Print off a hard copy you numpty! Your son needs to read this at some point in the future.

Sorry, you're right EQ. I forgot. "I before E, except after C, or when pronounced 'ay' as in 'neighbor' or 'neigh', or when when referring to a pal/mate/chum/amigo on sc.net " :)
