FANS BEING SCREWED BY MSG, LIVENATION AND TM

Postby samburusunset on 23 Jun 2008 18:49

Just saw something interesting. Saw a listing for 2 tickets in my original row and section on Stubhub. Hmmm.

The sections directly behind the stage said no seats available when you rolled over them. But 65 was still open. Hmmmm.

I wonder what the offer is on these tickets:

Those may be the same tickets. The Stubhubbers were sect 65, row M.

I'm not gonna tell him, either. He's a scalper.

Although, maybe I should. He wouldn't get nearly as much money for the 300 level seats

Yep. I put him up in honor of the "Adopt a ticket" (that's what I'm calling it anyway) thread from GSC.

I don't have a picture of him and Poe or I'd use that

Someone over at TP.com went over to MSG today to talk to someone about the fiasco. Long story short, it appears to me that MSG is probably blameless as it appears that they have nothing to do with the sales of tickets.

Hmmmm....This reeks of noir novel.
Whodunit, then?
Everybody blaming anyone else.

At this point I cannot think the band is oblivious to what is going on.

WWSCD?

Funny... that's exactly who TM blamed for it when I called.

My guess is that TM fucked up.

Well the deed is done...my tickets are canceled & gone, and TM "happily" refunded all my $ including their TB fees...and all the while still blaming MSG for closing the sections...whatever...

Anyway...I just have to share how overwhelmingly disappointed I am right now (tears... :( gasket has really blown) ...I have had a pretty rough year or so (as some of you know) and for what it was worth I was really looking forward sitting in the premo seat I had....the opportunity to watch Stewart perform from such an awesome vantage-point at the last show...it just really sucks...so now it's time to let it go (not easy)...I know I will get another seat (no doubt the GSC way) and spend the day with the wonderful SCnutters & others...after all when all is said and done, the really important thing here for me is the people I've met and have come to know...for that I'm so very grateful... :D
