A little bump for this, just because it's one of the best threads ever. LL, is it still part of the grade 7/8 curriculum?

Thanks for the kind bump, m'dear. It's good of you to remind me every now and then of how I'm prone to occasional, prolonged bouts of insanity.
As for your question, ... alas, Le Drapeau vert and its accompanying grammar and comprehension exercises have been languishing in a green file folder in my filing cabinet at school for a few years now. I swapped teaching the grade 7 & 8 classes for the grades 1-3's. On the up side, I have less marking now, which allows me more time to devote to my grad courses. On the downside, pas de drapeau vert pour moi! I didn't write the stories in the program that I use for the little guys, but one does feature a guitar playing pig and another has a cajun rock star frog (Louis la grenouille). Still, it's not quite the same.
In Dallas, the only game that really mattered was in the word gamelan.
