I am so happy for you! I don't even know you and I'm happy for you! :D You know, maybe you'll get something EXTRA SPECIAL out of this...Fingers crossed for you!

Sometimes doing the right things feels shitty but only you know your husband and your relationship. I'm glad you're going to get something good out of this, and maybe there'll be a chance for a show, too...you never know.

Hey, bowing down and sayin' "I am not worthy"! is all that comes to mind. I will prolly wear my striped green and black KK t-shirt...being with hubby does not allow for cleavage, which would maybe granted a little more attention...

Naaah..I am the shyest woman ever.

Now THIS IS TALKING! I am a Spurs fan myself since I was a kid (the night of the times!)
Knew some guy in the management in London that showed me around White Hart Lane....I don't know if I would go to Spain to watch a match now, but I have been at the WHL several times when I was in London.

My husband is a *huge* Hotspur fan; were it not for the obscene exchange rate he'd have a spiffy new jersey with Berbatov's name on it! Poor me, I'm a Manchester City fan, so I'm in a rebuilding phase :) .

And I'm still laughing at hobbit porn.

Kalypso,
I was thinking. Maybe we should have the flag present for the Guitar Store appearance. We can get pictures of Stewart with the flag!! What do you think? Dirty Martini; are you listening?

Look at the post pertaining to Flag Bearers and the announcement of the GC event regarding DM's response to my suggestion of the flag being present at the GC event

I don't think the Flag should leave its course, given that it will be prolly in Europe, we cannot run the risk. Besides, I don't know what kind of event it will be: I have been at book signings, but it could be a presentation, so maybe Stew will play or "demonstrate" some drum techniques (after all there is a shitload of drum equipment sponsors), maybe he will answer questions from the public, maybe he will sign stuff. I cannot be sure that I will be able to approach him and ask him to sign anything (not just the flag), I'll have my Kollected Works with me.

Yay Kalypso. So, you *are* going to the GC then? That's going to be too cool! Good for you. Patience pays off. I bet they'll schedule more west coast shows, too.
Stewart and Stanley together again!! YO!

Yes, let's plead for another West coast show

I missed the Oakland show because I was giving birth. My daughter came a whole month early precisely on June 13. I love Stewart and the Police and I've been trying hard to figure out a way to see them . Maybe we can get them out here one more time. I say we write to the Fan Club and start a petition!!!

kalypso,

I know how you feel. My wife was about to give me the heave-ho (or so she said) for going too overboard on this site and seeing 3 shows. We have been trying to sell our house lately too so that didn't help either.

All is ok though....for now.....
