Added new stuff for the first time in a while and cut stuff that has already happened.

The new stuff comes from a recent radio interview, namely a concerto for percussion, work on the 1925 Ben Hur movie, and a new opera.

They announced at the "Dare to Drum" premiere that there will be two performances of Gamelan D'Drum in San Antonio, Texas with San Antonio Symphony in November sometime during the Percussive Arts Society International Conference (PASIC) which runs from November 11-14, 2015. However, they didn't know the exact dates of the performance when they discussed it at the Dare to Drum Q&As.

Also, Poltroons in Paradise is going to be performed June 4th in Iceland: http://www.sinfonia.is/en/concerts/2013 ... es/nr/2489. I couldn't remember if you had that in the list yet.
