Buy the way, I talked with Stewart about that show and he said that it wasn't a great show, they talked the whole day with many people, were a little tired and then went on stage; he didn't have great memories of that show.
Anyway, the copy with the timecodes in the middle was around between collectors some years ago, but is incomplete (it's dark for the first tracks) while the copy WITHOUT the timecodes reached Stewart hands (see some extracts on Everyone Stares).[/quote]
I actually like the show. I have a DVD copy (THANKS P-LOVE!) and an audio boot and based on a lot of Ghost live recordings (I just can't deal with that horn section) I think it's quite good. Sting starts playing the bassline to "I Burn For You" in the middle of Shadows and not only is that cool but he's doing it as a polyrhythm to the Shadows groove, which is pretty impressive given that someone mentioned he was pretty intoxicated. Plus, El Gordo is in good voice for the whole set. But his gratuitous use of "fucking" lets you know it's either a young, rebellious Sting (he WAS wearing the gold hoop earring at the time) or he's tanked.
