One year ago, my dear cousin gone, and I don't know yet where her spirit is, and also what happened with the Orchestralli CD I sent to her family :ó(

I am hearing right now:

Stalins’ sultry serenade, song from Orhestralli.

I didn't hear it since many months ago and now my feelings are getting up and up, that I found myself sobbing..

Touchy song

CHA, that was a long time ago, when I began to write posts here.
I remebered that one Sunday was a message that said something like:
"Stewart wants your comments about his unrealeased tracks" There were some extraordinary tracks, but I didn´t remember that also was Regret song, but thanks to Conroy y jedsoon, now I remember the song, but didn´t remeber the voices words referring something about Metropolis...

:|

Anyway I will look soon, (maybe this weekend) at music stores here to get Stewart Compilation.

8)

Now I also remebered that at first I got confusion on how to post messages about these tracks, so, Eugenio helped me telling me how to do it. Was the beginning of Kryptone forum, because before Turkish attacked, was another forum that was first.

I just spent about $450 on text books, and I'll need a whole new set next semester. Why do they have to cost so much? Tuition already cost a fortune, but why do books have to cost so much?

Have you tried getting them used on Amazon.com? I wish we had that when I was in college.

Was that $450 for new or used books? Gotta get the used books. No real benefit of buying new unless you have no choice.

Yep I was able to get half of them used. Got a few from amazon and a few from half.com. Still have to buy a few new though.

I was lucky. My areas of study (theatre/history) didn't change that much to need updated texts very often. I must say, though, that lighting and sound technology have changed since I was in school. I had to make huge tape loops, like Stewart mentions in the Anthology, for my sound projects. My gawd, the BBC sound effects library was on like 25 reel-to-reel tapes. It took forEVER to find what you wanted. Now it's on like 3 CDs or something. OY! These kids today don't realize how easy they have it!

Tell me about it! I was a sound engineer for many years in my pre-married, pre-family life - do you remember the good old days of razor blade and china marker editing?? Now it's like "select section, cut and paste". NO SKILLS!!!!! What's happened to the world???

Is that the early editing Stewart was talking about? Where he decided to put it away fror a number of years until technology got better?
