All I know is, this flag is going to need some serious Febrezing (for those in other countries http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Febreze  ) when all is said and done. =0

Most definitely "oy" as in "vey." I think Caligula's got the right idea ^ somehow.

Speaking of "oy" -- NO Febreze or Lysol or whatever on the Flag please. We have no idea what it will do to the paint or ink -- and I don't even want to know. Err on the side of caution, please, and just let it be.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

It doesn't actually smell too bad. Or at least it didn't before twickenham 2. And I don't think I got any bodily fluids on it.....

Isn't it more like Andy who is blocking the view?

:?:
Andy moves around a bit. sting doesn't. can't. busy singing. trust me on this - last night I spent the whole of MIAB trying to work out if line of sight was possible around a yoga toned bicep.
I was too busy freaking out to do anything so thoughtful in MIAB. You are right though, Sting is planted in one spot, except for his little walk-arounds behind the stage. But really, I think it depends on which side of the stage the flag, to say whether it is Sting or Andy blocking the view.

Have fun at Hamburg everyone. Dietmar, the legendary Dietmar will be there. You should just say, "Dietmar," once into the mic, Stewart. About half the audience is probably named Dietmar and will go ape.

Tonight from Stewart’s position, the flag is ***on the left hand side*** and that’s where Andy is playing so I would think Andy is blocking the view.

******Yeah and a "Dietmar" shout would be nice.******

Tonight Andy is the LEAST of the obstacles Stewart would have to overcome to see the Flag.

The Flag is in the building, and so is Stewart. That will suffice.

Given that the idea is that somehow the guy gets the flag perhaps it would be politic to PLAY DOWN the stinkiness and possibility of infectious disease, hmm?

Honestly, it is in really good nick. We were amazed at how 'unsoiled' it was at the weekend. Still think it needs a radio collar though.....
