RIGHT THEN - DUE TO THE FANCLUB PARTY INTERFERING WITH FLAG-SIGNING ACTIVITIES, THE MEET AT THE CABBAGE PATCH TOMORROW WILL NOW BE FROM 1PM. HELEN WILL BE FLAG BEARER AND IS ALSO ATTENDING THE FANCLUB PARTY SO SIGNING ACTIVITIES NEED TO BE A BIT EARLIER. IF YOU DON'T GET THE CHANCE TO SIGN TOMORROW WE WILL BE MEETING AGAIN ON SUNDAY AT 2 SO PERHAPS YOU CAN MAKE THAT ONE. REALLY SORRY TO ANYONE WHO WON'T BE ABLE TO SIGN THE FLAG NOW. I THINK IF WE ALL GET OUT OF THE STADIUM IN GOOD TIME WE SHOULD HEAD BACK TO THE CABBAGE PATCH TO TAKE SOME DEEP BREATHS AND TALK EACH OTHER DOWN!! I'M PRETTY SURE THEY HAVE A LATE LICENSE ON SATURDAYS...

ANYONE NEEDING MY MOBILE, EMAIL ME.

Right - how does this sound...?

I've just contacted Twickenham Stadium and they have confimed that there are bars etc off the internal concourse inside the stadium that can be accessed from any seating area (if you put your mind to it!).

Therefore, my proposal is that when Smudge and I troop off to the Fan Club party, we leave the flag with Hannah at the Cabbage Patch so that as many sc.nutters get to sign it/see it as possible and then Hannah and I meet up inside the stadium so that I can take the flag down onto the pitch for a bit of non-asshattery waving.

If I wasn't flag-bearing and I missed the chance to sign it and see it in the, erm fabric(!!), I would be gutted and I guess that others will feel the same.

If everyone agrees to this, there'll be no need for people to dash down to the Cabbage Patch really early and the signing can be done in a more leisurely fashion :D

I'll email this to Hannah in case she misses this post. Hope we're not scaring you too much Kellie!!!!

Lol, Helen xx

Sounds great, except I'm not going to the FC party, so I can be your flag mule to get the Green Menace onto the pitch. :D

Not at all, sweetheart. Just keep the Flag safe and get it to its seat. That's all I ask. I know you ladies will do us proud.
