man, i am EXHAUSTED. my feet will never be the same.

i did get some photos which i will post later, although they are very much like the wireimage photos - probably because i was standing next to those guys!

i waited until the bitter end b/c i was promised a photo by sc's publicist and manager (long story but i somehow pulled some hollywood strings and got myself in as a guest) - but here is the BEST part - my photo of me & SC is OUT OF FOCUS. oh the irony. i have to say they were really strict with the photos but they were really trying to crank 150+ people in with the clock ticking. frankly, i don't know how they did it!

either way, i have to say that SC surrounds himself with the nicest people - his assistant, his manager, his publicist, etc. - they are all incredibly gracious to me.

laz, your gal in the purple dress is his a member of his publicity team. i think anyone with eyes would have noticed her in that dress. she was actually great.

i think the final tally of people was over 150. they were still letting in people at 8:30 and then cut it off shortly thereafter so he could do some short photo ops with his materials and for the sponsors (the ones you see on wireimage, etc.) and do a quick interview.

and Kaly - Fiona's hair is soft of chestnut brown with blonde highlights but really long and beautiful. she towered over me and i was wearing heels!

i didn't end up making it to backstage - i was SO exhausted from standing for 4 hours plus working all day. i hope we all get to have a PROPER meet-up soon & those of you that came in town will want to venture back. we'll buy a round for sure!

I think the lighting must have some effect in the pictures, because in the concerts the hair looks completely silver/white, while in off-stage pictures is kind of a washout blonde/grey.

He looks gohge anyway. Even with the Afro wig!

I noticed that he does NOT look thrilled in any picture of people with the CHA bracelet...Wondering why. Maybe the CHA people were among the last in line (that would not be the case for IR, but she had da poster and da shirt).

I have to say that pictures on the Internet are definitely messing up with color. I saw two or three of Fiona and she always looked a total redhead. I thought Sonja is/was a total redhead too. Also, a tall woman looks good with Stewart, since he is a tall guy.
I have the opposite problem.
My hubby, who is very Roger Daltrey-like, is 5'8", so I do not wear heels ever not to tower over him (not that I like wearing heels anyway, but here in the US my 5'5' classifies me as short, while in Italy I am kind of average. This is Bad News for concerts and possible flag-bearing).

DM, there was one young girl who just WOULDN'T leave. she was kinda funny in her cute persistent ways. i saw her lurking outside afterwards, after 9pm. poor thing thought she might see him outside - but of course, he was parked in the back and went in/out thru the back employee entrance.

that was about it - no craziness whatsoever.

oh and the hair - there were some colored stage lights that were hitting him at the beginning. one was distinctly making his hair green (green gel on the light) and the publicist made them turn it off because it was doing something very odd to his hair. it's definitely a mish mash of blonde and gray but somehow it fits him to a "t". he looked great.

and I did want to stress he was very jovial and gracious to his fans. a handful of ladies cried. upon being flattered with a "you're my hero", "you're amazing" etc., a typical response from him was "aw shucks."

someone brought the new Goldsmith book to sign, which he spent awhile flipping through because he hadn't really seen the new one. he made a few comments about his bathing beauty photos!
