When I got loge (lowest level) behind the stage seats for MSG this fall, they were considered $90--or mid price--tickets. When I got 300-level for MSG behind the stage they were $50. So I think the first tier or two BTS are mid-level and above that they go down in price. None so far get the highest-bracket pricing.
It can be real fun trying to figure out how to beat the ticketmaster ticket engine to get those BTS seats when you want them. I know I tried like ten times for the Halloween show, each time I was afraid I'd get booted off for tossing back too many tickets or just lose out entirely.

Usually, people get together before the concert to sign it so you might watch for posts before the MSG concert this fall as to where people are going to meet up.
