Con, you know Southwest Airlines flies from BWI to LAX, right? I got an email from them on a big flight sale this afternoon.

I've got a slew of hookup on travel deals, hotels, etc., so I'll be glad to give travel advice to whoever does win. On the condition we get that review! And hopefully a photo of the lucky winner with Gio!! Well, OK, and maybe with Stewart too. ;)
Yeah, I prefer to fly out of Reagan (I can't stand saying that) National Airport because it's more accessible to public transportation and I just love the breathtaking views of the monuments, the government buildings and the National Mall when taking off and landing there. I usually get reasonable deals out of there and the difference in price is what I figure is the premium I pay for the things I just mentioned. Southwest recently started service to Chicago Midway out of Dulles last year as well

Reading all about reviews on this thread, of course it would be a pleasure to report. But I just received permission from my editor to report on it for the newspapers I write for, in the highly unlikely chance I get picked.

Oh well...it is fun to dream! Thanks to Giovanni and Stewart.

Wish I live in the US...
Good luck to all competitors!

Hope to see some reports here.

Seing the Police rehearsing... it's a thing, two months ago, I would have completly ignored as I thought it would never happened!

Anyway, I think it's a good sign they rehearse so much. Maybe a few surprises will hit the stage! ;o)

Good luck again from France!

Well played gentlemen. A very classy move for the SC.net team. We have all kept the flame alive or else we wouldn't be here. That being said, there are some members here who have really taken the torch an run with it and given us a great place to show the love. I truly hope this amazing opportunity is granted to one (or two) of you.

That's the "Big" me speaking, the "Little" me will turn green with envy and curse your names.

How exciting will Monday's posts be?
Thank you, Stewart, and thank you, Gio. You guys rock.

I'm still debating if I should enter (if there's any way I could make it there), but just knowing those of us here were given a fair chance makes me feel so much better--and thrilled for whoever in our "little" group here gets to go.
Ditto.

Except my only question before I entered was whether my darling hubby would be able to get off work on Monday if we won. (He can!) He's not as fanatical about the Police as I am, but it is his favorite living band.

After stewing (pardon the pun) on it all night, I couldn't not give it a shot.

If by some chance I win, I'll find a way to get there.

Oh boy, the wait until Friday is going to be agony!

Ya hafta try!

Worry about getting there after you win.

You could always give them to another here is you find it's not possible.

Never say Never!
Cheers.

This is so cool! I'm so pleased one of our dedicated merry band will get to be there. It's almost beyond comprehension to imagine getting to see them in such a small intimate setting. Crikey. Seriously. How fucking cool?! I'm excited even though I live too far away to enter. I'm excited that ANYONE would get to do this!

There may be treats in store for Europe too, missy. Just you wait...

(I have no inside info, but given that all three members of the band have serious London connections, I would imagine you'll not be left off the boat.)
