This is such a great idea it almost makes up for the fact that I'm standing in a puddle of my own tears regarding missing the whole thing. So many people, so many stories.

U will admit a little disappointment if the book doesn't happen. I was looking forward to having the book.

But it would be much easier and cheaper to put it on the wiki so it makes a lot of sense to do that.

The book idea isn't dead, just thinking that an easier way to get it all shared without another 6 months - year at this point is to do a wiki version first. Then if someone would like to take over at that point to just reformat it from there into a book, they could - I just know how my time commitments have become at this point and what is and isn't reasonable for me to try to work on.

I think it's a great idea Sockii. It'll be fun to read everyones stories whether you got to see any of the shows or not and whether you've met any of the other nutters in person or not. If it gets to be a book later on, well that will be a Stewpendous bonus too!

I'm with you, LT and dufmanno!

Great idea, sockii. I'd love to read everyone's stories. It would be the closest thing to actually experiencing Tourzilla.

I am so glad I am not the only one. Luddite Lady said on another thread: Flag virgins, then Disaster Gig virgins. Now there are Tourzilla virgins (it's good to be a virgin of something. Well, I would have rather lost it to Tourzilla!)

Wait, is this like retroactive virginity? Cause, I'm so jumping on that bandwagon if it's available.

Glad I'm not the only one, too. For some time I was under the impression I was the only one here who has never seen The Police live. Sometimes I feel really sad about that.
So yeah, I'm a Tourzilla virgin too.

Still time to contribute. The nice thing with it being a wiki project is there doesn't have to be a set deadline - stories can go up in the proper directory/category as they come in and are formatted. In fact they can potentially be uploaded directly by people themselves, but I'll be working on getting all that together.

BTW, to re-iterate what was said earlier - no one's contribution will go into the wiki version before or until I get their permission to do so. If you definitely DON'T want your earlier contribution(s) in a wiki version of this project, just let me know. Also, no one's photos (or images of themselves in other people's photos) will be included unless I get their permission to do so.

Hello sockii. I will try to get thoughts together and put down how different, and how great all three of the shows were that I got to attend. Also, will hope to get my boyfriend to write something-he went to Columbus one w/ me.
Thnx for reminder!
