Thanks peeps. It is getting better with the chilly weather and a little rest (not to mention Theraflu, which I am surprised to say, is working miracles)

I'm not taking any of it (steroids, etc...) otherwise I would end looking like Barry Bonds (Michi sé que no sabes quien es BB, es el héroe de beisbol en San Francisco que tomaba steroids:

Hopefully I'm not getting worse, otherwise I'll have to get cortisone shots, but at the moment I really don't want to.

I'm a n. 6 on the Enneagon, so I MUST feel useless and have a function at all costs, otherwise I'm very depressed. I found a job here, which I carry out with relish (not the crappy stuff ppl put on hot dogs).

You know, I believe in good vibes, especially from Canadians, because I adore Canadians and am an aspiring one.

Just got a phone call from my Canadian (Heart) client telling me that the 20,000 word manual I had to translate over the holidays has been postponed to January because of a legal review in the US.

Sooooo....I CAN REST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(But not until Monday. No rest for the wicked.)

And go see TOM trying to assassinate Hitler!!! (We know he won't, but, hey, it's 2 hours of TOM!)

the steroid inhalers are a preventive. My oldest son has been taking it since he was 12 and you've seen him .......bean pole he's never had an attack but get what's best for you but get yourself checked out

I used to get cortisone shot when I was a scrawny little kid, but cortisone and steroids have side effects that are not pleasant in a woman....

Plus I used to bodybuild. My dormant Xena the Warrior would come back to life :wink:

I'm glad that the big translation job got post-poned. Maybe instead of Canadian clients, you should get some Caribbean ones. They're pretty laid back about deadlines.

I know how scary drugs are

I am on serious drugs to keep my condition under control....yes there are side affect however unrepairable damage is not worth not taking them

I have cut my medication in half and my joins are not so badly damaged that I can't talk to you here but my hand writing is shit

any time sweetheart email to talk

do not be scared by what people say about side affects but be ware of quality of life not quantity

i know how scary the side affects can be however remember it does affect a small group

Weigh up all the facts not be scared by people who only believe in one way...............i do believe in both...........doctors and natural paths......it is a mixture...........

what you are suffering is scary.......at the first sign deal with it......do not think it will pass it won't........drugs are not the cure but they will help

They have no idea what causes what I have, how to fix it only how to deal with it.........everyone here gives me a life to live...........

Music and the police give me peace and enjoyment...........stress is the worst feature of so many problems.............I have my place to relax and breathe.............here and my study where to just enjoy my Stewart and his music surround by my favourite band..............you need to find this space where life doesn't interfere.........not easy I know
