the rolling drums on this one are kinda muted and atypical for stew, which shows some growth in his reportoire.

there is a point about the one minute mark where a keyboard sound comes in that sounds pretty video gamey... this is the kind of stuff i'm really drawn to. i remember once reading a statement from stew to the effect of "melody comes from rhythm." this is what i listen for in his music.

Just thought I'd resurrect this old post commenting on this song in light of the new Gizmodrome CD. Ahh, the really old days. When I was just a lurker and hadn't even become an official Nutter with a login name.
