Trying to get pics up

Anyone know how to post videos? I got some mpegs from teh Guitar Center event that I don't know what to do with. Though actually one one is worth watching. Quality not great. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah...LAZ come on dude...crack a smile! EQ is NOT fugly. I just want to let you all know...my hair was not like in the pics when I met Stewart. I just noticed I look as if I stuck my finger in a freaking light socket...eww.
