DVD - My buddy Bruce will get it to you. He told me it was crap so I won't even bother as I've seen all the music videos and re-hashed interview clips to infinity.

They're teenaged idiots running things at Much Music these days - that's my excuse anyway. I figured as much before it aired but I didn't want to burst your bubble.
