It's a college station. They tend to be a little rough around the edges at times. Pulled this off of their site.
WBWC is a non-commercial, educational, FM radio station licensed to Baldwin-Wallace College under the authority of the Federal Communications Commission. WBWC operates in stereo on a federally assigned frequency of 88.3 megahertz with an operating power of 4000 watts. Studios, transmitter, and offices are located on the second floor of the Strosacker College Union, 120 East Grand Street, in Berea, Ohio. WBWC serves its city of license, Berea, as well as the college and surrounding communities broadcasting a minimum of 18 hours a day, 365 days a year.
WBWC is a place where broadcasting is a respectable, valuable area of academic study; one where students may acquire knowledge in communication, business writing, physics, electronics, performance, public relations, music, and management. Like Baldwin-Wallace College, WBWC challenges students to bring together their liberal arts background in a meaningful, pre-professional experience.
