Best Stewart Song the Police Could Cover? (Yeah, right...)

Postby Three over Four on 13 Jul 2007 03:13
You're right, DiveMistress...Has anybody other than Sting had songs in the setlist in this tour, or was that one of the conditions on the contract dictated by "Mr. 5 minutes tantra, more like"*?
Well, Stewart has said several times that this is a career move for Stingo....kinda puts the setlist in perspective? Just because it ain't a hit, doesn't mean the song don't kick some serious ass....maybe they should be playing Omegaman as an apology to Andy for vetoing it's release as a single. Had it been released, I'm certain it would be on the setlist for this tour....talk about kicking some serious ass.

Thanks, Equalizer! I also heard they have taken it off the setlist...
It's actually one of my favorite songs.

Another missing deadline looms...I need to REHUMANIZE MYSELF....
Don't box me in comes immediately to mind, and it would be SO meaningful...Can Stingo play harmonica?
This would be ONE of my main choices too. 'Go Party at Someone Else's Place' from Rumblefish-that would be great too. However, 'Does Everyone Stare' is my personal TOP choice. :)

For me personally,in this order:
1)Don't Box Me In('Rumblefish' soundtrack)
2)Does Everyone Stare?('Regatta DeBlanc')
3)Go Part At Someone Else's Place('Rumblefish' soundtrack)
and
4)Contact(I almost forgot this one!)('Regatta DeBlanc')
