Thanks, Hannaha! I'm not here to self-aggrandize but I had such a great bird's-eye view back then, I knew I could break out with a story or two and not be dissed. Regarding Wisseloord---our visit there signified to me that I had achieved my goal, which was to become a man in a suitcase!!......I have a couple more good Police encounters, which I'll dispense later. But I must share this one now, since "Rumblefish" just got mentioned: Our band had just finished opening for the Thompson Twins at Radio City Music Hall in the summer of '84. I was standing in the wings watching the Twins. I looked to my left, and not 3 feet away was Mr. Stewart Copeland. I introduced myself; he shook my hand and was polite and gracious. Then I asked him: " Stewart, are you working on any more film scores? 'Rumblefish' is excellent!" Well, his face lit up like a little kid, that look he gets when he's being introduced and cheered at one of these current shows. I forget what his reply was: I just remember the thrill of meeting and talking to one of my true, genuine, and lasting heroes. I can't thank those guys enough. NEVER thought I'd get another chance to see them live. What a year!!......Matt
