Aw, crap. Anyone else and I'd have just "fuck you"ed 'em, too, but since it's Giovanni . . .

Much love to you all.
Love to the Big G who runs the Love Shack.
Love to the Big E who maintains the Love Shack.
And love to the Big S (call me  ) for bringing us together to the Love Shack in the first place.

It really is a great community.

(But weasel, fuck you.)
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

hihihi...you know what?

You all (including me, of course) look like 'Stewheads' to me... in the cool tradition of Phisheads, Oysterheads, and of course, Deadheads!

I'm not american and I just 'know something' about the 'heads' thing, but this attitude I can see in this forum seems like very similar... am I wrong?

Oh no, you are NOT wrong, Gio. You said it perfectly: we ARE Stewheads, through and through.

Not PhishHeads, though. It sounds very bad in Italian: Giovanni will understand.
All right, fuck anybody who doesn't show Gio, like, a parade of love for all he does to keep this ship afloat.

One of these days I'm going to get to give him a BIG OLE HUG in person! Hope so anyway....
One day we need to have one big international sc.net convention. Italy gets my vote!

Italy for a convention- YES, as long as we get group travel rates and time for our credit cards to recover after this tour!

Weasel- I don't let my kids on the forums for many reasons- you can knock me out with your American f*ckin thighs any day!

Gio- second to Stew, you rock my little world!@I'd like to give you a big hug, buy you a few beers - and then steal your socks! (just kidding, happy to buy them off you :)

Well, I figure next summer at the earliest. Stew will need a vacation after the tour is over ;) I'm envisioning a 3 night (not necessarily consecutive) extravaganza. Le Notta Della Taranta one night. Gizmo another night. And Orchestralli on the final night!

We're going to honor Stewart by making him WORK for three days?!? Hell, no! I say WE entertain HIM.

(I've always wanted to perform "Wield the Spade" . . . )

Oh yeah, and going back to the original post - 100% with you, jeff. I'm an internet messageboard veteran since the early 90s and there really is something special about this place and the people here. And I think that says a lot about Stewart's fans in general, that we're able to have so much fun and avoid so much of the "drama" and pettiness that can take a community like this down, even as we've grown a lot in numbers in recent months.

We can have some passionate and heated discussions at times but it rarely gets personal or too nasty--and Gio manages to keep things under control without stifling discussion, a very delicate balance to maintain.

*sniff sniff* Well shucks now I'm just getting maudilin...
