I know who she is now.
Today(March 31/Japan), I went to the theater and at the lobby, I happened to meet my classmate in high school !! I haven't seen him since then but I remember his face which hasn't changed much. He is a drummer (also runs his own company), so he was at the party with his wife. And SHE was the one who gave Stewart the bouquet.
In high-school days we didn't speak much and didn't even Know we were(& are) the POLICE & Stewart fans...the movie gave us a gift of "time warp", strange feeling.

So where were you Midori today?
I have to confess that...."I MET STEWART AT THE BACKSTAGE " after the movie. Another strange feeling......
I'll write about it tomorrow as a new topic.

Stewart played more than hi-hat with Brian James. I'll have to dig it up but I have an old IRS (vinyl) compilation on which there are couple of tracks credited as "Brian James and Stewart Copeland". And then of course years later Stewart played with Brian again on the Mad For the Racket lp. Oh, and Brian wasn't the singer in The Damned (that's Dave Vanian) he was the principal songwriter and guitartist on the first album. I believe he was gone by the 2nd album.

In the fourth line. I thought to waiting for him in the lobby but
Stew had a one more greetings to fans so I gave up and went home
soon after the movie. I should've be there!
