Grammy rehearsal on policetour.com
So, you're saying you were hearing the studio version? I assumed they were jamming out on it by your post, sorry to misinterpret. So it's *not* really proof, but yet another tease! I still keep catching all these references and hoping! I'm even keeping a scorecard of clues:

1) It popped up twice in the movie

2)Stewart has referred to it specifically in interviews as overlooked.

3)Stewart mentioned at the Whiskey they would be playing songs they've never played live before.

4)It was one of three tunes in the mix on policetour's stream that day.

5)It's in this new video clip!

Alright, I'm convinced! :) Stop the press and declare a holiday!! That's the smoking gun to me, baby!!!
Calm down jedsoon.

What I find amazing is seeing the loud applause from just practicing the song. It's so cool. Especially seeing Robert Downey Jr! He must be a big fan.

Who isn't?

Anyway, I'm going to see RENO 911: MIAMI. I'll be on soon!

Okay, i am now confused. Were they jamming on the song or was the studio version playing? Because, all kidding aside, that *would* be a really good clue to look for it in the set!

Lol, no--I definitely do not have any of the uber knowledge about what they will play! In my first post I was just excited about the things I saw and pointed out that Masoko was playing in the background during the beginning, which I love! It would be great if it was a clue if it will be brought out this tour but I am not authorized to confirm nor deny anything /giggle

A description for those who didnt see: Mostly them geting ready for show, rehearsal for Grammy, and tidbits here and there...

Starts with studio version of Masoko in background...shows Sting joking about how many Grammy shows he's been to, Stewart talking about his shiny new "chariot of fire" and how much he loves the sparkly new kick-ass kit...shows them signing some equipment (I assume the stuff that was auctioned for Grammy charity)...

cuts to their kick-ass techs playing the instruments...Stewart cracking a joke trying to get a chance to eat food that had gone cold...Sting talking about how unexpected the Police opening for the Grammys, unbelievable if you would have asked anyone about the odds...shows the auditorium the day before, some people there most of the seats have posterboards with the name/pic of celebrity who will sit there...Andy saying not much has changed, holds up his guitar "same lump of wood...same hands" (chuckle)...Stewart talking about how sparkly his beautiful drums are...them warming up and practicing the version of Roxanne we say on grammy night...Sting mentions that in the practicing they are sometimes clicking into what made them a great band...

Robert Downey Jr. lights up about the Police "this is just the biggest deal ever." They seem happy with their performance...Stewart talks about the high expectations, they really have to be great but in such a short time to prepare...they have to be "Godhead," Stewart says we'll get it with Sting, Trudie zings back "Dickhead" and Sting cracks up...
