Jeff, seriously, after seeing Amanda Palmer's Kickstarter success this week in funding her new album, we should so do a Kickstarter for your book.

Jeff, Amanda Palmer is a musician/entertainer, member of the Dresden Dolls. Formerly on a label, now crowdfunding production.

She has raised over $500K in about a week. Seriously amazing and changing the way indie artists will distribute music I think.
