Perhaps shyvixen will have figured out her recipe for a Copeland Splash by then.
In Dallas, the only game that really mattered was in the word gamelan.

I'm 99% sure that I'm not going to make it, but if I change my mind, I'll drag Kath with me.

Have a great clinic, Jeff!

Sock, I'll be glad to help you with your stash if we ever get together... congrats on the house ;-)

See y'all Nuttahs there!! :)

ETA: PLEASE keep Betsy away from the Liquid Kryptonite. Actually, we may be safe - not many cabs to hail in H-burg.

For the lazy like me:

Join us at the shop for a day in the life of a pro drum tech! Jeff Seitz has been Stewart Copeland's drum tech since the very first Police tour. You can find out how to keep your gear at it's optimum performance level gig after gig after gig. If you want to know how Stewart Copeland got his signature drum sound ask Jeff. He's the man who got it for him! There will be BLOWOUT DEALS on all TAMA, PAISTE, REMO, and VATER products all day. Tama and Paiste factory reps will be here all day. This event is free and all day at the shop 11-6. More details to follow. Watch for an email blast with the DEALS!

END QUOTE
I don't wanna work, I just wanna bang on the drums all day.

OK, so who's going? Do we wanna get there right away at 11? Do we wanna go out for lunch? Dinner? Drinks? All of the above? This is my town, ya know - lemme find something fun for us to do, if you're interested...:)

Conroy and I will be driving up, and it's about a 2.5 - 3 hour trip, so we'll try to get there by 11am. I'm sure we'll be good for something after it finishes up.

I called. The sale runs all day. Jeff's demo is at 2, he may be there a bit earlier thou.
So, I'm not going to try to get there at 11 and hang around until 2. How 'bout we meet about 12 and get some lunch and then head back over for Jeff?

Anybody? Anybody? Bueller?
