i remember being a 13 year old boy on holiday with parents at some B&B in the countyside somewhere.....

I had to beg my mum mto ask the owners if i could watch the telly 'cos stewart was going to be on the equalizer that night.... it was on quite late, and i remember assorted adults hanging around behind me lightly taking the piss in a holiday-way, as you would..."Oooh, is that him?"..

he was on screen for all of 10 seconds, i seem to remember... "Is that it?, Hardly a leading man" etc etc

Yeah, I remember the cameo.

He stole someone's wallet in a dance club. The song playing in the club was Come Go With Me, by Expose. Yes, I recorded the clip and watched it uh, a few times, lol.

Then he went outside, crossed the street, and hopped into a van, where he handed off the wallet to McCall. I guess he expected someone else to be there because his line was "Who the hell are you, you're not Archie!".

I can't remember the rest, lol.

Oh, and I'd like to nominate Ian McShane for the role of McCall. Of course it would be killer if Stewart could do the score.
