I have an excellent recipe for a flour-less, but quite yummy, clementine cake. And I've been curious to try it with lemons, which are easier to get in the summer in NYC. 8)

Is no thread unjackable, people? You'd think we were hanging around our computers in anticipation of free tickets to a cooking show!

I'm not sure that it got jacked as such - more temporarily diverted off-topic before we all went batshit crazy.

You're right, smudge. I'm just a little out of sorts. My best recipe is directions to the awesome Italian bakery in my neighbourhood. Baking just aint my thing.
And now I have to go out for the better part of the day. Shoot! I hope there's news when I get back and that the time limited entry thing isn't too limited.
Good luck, folks!

I really, really have to go! But now I'm intrigued. When I tried to watch the video that you "need" me for, YouTube told me that it's not available in my country. What, was somebody cookin' a beaver or something?
