I have no problem with a walk for just one MFer. Different ones have different issues and people can relate to specific MFers that have affected them.

It is not as significant for me as for others close to me. I can't say it isn't a big deal since someone who was loved by several of my friends, but I also don't want to overemphasize the effect of the horrible news on me personally. He was not a close friend but still sad for me and horrible for others.

Now let's raise some more money for the May 10th walk!

I've been out of communicado for a while due to my recent surgery and want to thank all for their prayers and support. I'm on the mend and am looking forward to the walk on the 10th and seeing everyone.

How great we're at $1,630!!! Thanks to all for doing the bumpity-bump to keep the thread going and answering questions, etc.
