I just had to come by and see what all the fuss was about...oh my. the british language can be hilarious. OMG...whats that...the raincoat reference STEWART makes in contact. My British friend Elle that I worked with in NM sprayed ME and my entire front windshield of my car one night when we were on our way back from getting lunch from Mc Donalds. That line came on and I was showered with coke. Like I needed that..thanks friend. Yuck.

Oh another one....Andy is getting his makeup done when they in Germany (Stewart mentions someone named Heidi in the background when commentary is on) Andy comments...I look like an English Poof.

Lmao.

good lad.

and in a very real sense the word pamphlet could mean "loved by all":

The word pamphlet for a small work (opuscule) issued by itself without covers came into Middle English ca 1387 as pamphilet or panflet, generalized from a twelfth-century amatory comic poem with a satiric flavor, Pamphilus, seu de Amore ("Pamphilus: or, Concerning Love"), written in Latin.[2]
Pamphilus's name was derived from Greek, meaning "loved by all".

I have been trying to cut down on swearing lately (not very successful), so maybe I'll just say "pamph" when I have the urge to say something more offensive.

ETA Edited to correct typo pointed out by Smudge

I'm sure smax will be along shortly to point out that the word is "pamph".

Good luck with the swearing-limitation thing. May I contribute "OH, SLUG IN A DITCH!" to your new vocabulary? It is analgous to nicotene replacement gum for those of us trying not to smoke. It is NEARLY as unpleasant as the original, but less socially unacceptable - especially around small children.
