:D Well no in the sexual way, I mean when you heard it song in live version makes you feel excited by the music, Stewart's drums beats, Andy's guitar phrases and riffs, bass lines or Sting voice...

This is my list:

1) "Can't stand losing you/regatta de blanc" ( specially when riff guitar sounds in the peak, and drums and cymballs attack furious with bass )

2) "When the world is runing down" ( the same in the riff guitar and Sting shout)

3) "O my God/De do do do" ( wooow on guitars effects all the song sounds superb and that snares beats my hearth specially in O my God)

4) "Wrapped around your finger" ( speacilly in one superb change of rythm in the bass line and Andy's Amazing guitar phrases)

5) "One world - Not Three" ( all bass, extraordinary drums and guitar caribean lines )

6) "Peanuts" ( extraordinay and furious bass lines)

7) "Message in a bottle" ( nice and classic beats of drums and riff guitar)

8) "Driven to tears" ( guitar riff and guitar phrases at the end also outstanding drums)

9) "King of Pain" ( Guitar riff and nice percussion at the introduction song)

10) "Bed's too big without you" ( I think is one of the best moments when The Police jamming and show what their musical capabilities produces on stage)

But I can tell you I really dig Stew's drum work in "One World."

Yeah "One World" drums sounds outstanding...but I don't know why Stewart didn't fill It with the great short solo he made on the studio version

Live? I would have to say "Roxanne" and "Bed's Too Big" because everytime was completely different and amazing each time in the jam section. I loved it when they stretched it out. They even did this at the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame induction on "Roxanne" when they played.

On the Musikladen concert dvd I have, Stewart rips off this 32nd note blazing riff of para-diddles and single strokes combined during the jam on "Bed's Too Big." It completely blew me away the first time I heard it. Well worth the price of $10 at the local record convention!

Ebery Bed's too big without you version were fabolus...I remember Guzman Theater, at Live in Paris bootleg, wooow a lot... also the ROXANNE rendition at Hall Of Fame is superb.... the three were totally amazing!

I dunno. I have a feeling that if the Police were to re-form, expectations would be so high that any output wouldn't help but disappoint. You have to figure their record companies, et al, would push the hell out of them to make really commercialized stuff that'd sell a lot of units, not necessarily be musically satisfying. Plus, you get the sense Andy and Stewart wouldn't want to let Sting call all the shots this time.

I think the records are great as they are...I do love the derangements, though. As it is, we have a whole bunch of really good records by the individual musicians. So no worries about the reunion, IMO.

All right, I was gonna try to find the exact moment, but the last few days I've been somewhat pressed for time...we're training a whole slew of new open water dive candidates...anyway, there's one point in Masako Tanga where Sting yells, essentially, "GAAAAH!" And for some reason it lights my Christmas tree.

* Pretty much the entirety of "Mother," which I think fools with the serious tone of Synchronicity as an album quite nicely

* The line in "Any Other Day," where Stew says "I'm covered in misery!" HAAA! "Covered" in "misery." I don't know why it amuses me.

* The whirling dervish instrumentation in "Peanuts." YEAH!

* Seriously, the drumming in "One World." I'm sure Stew has mentioned or will mention how this went down, but I'm picturing him pounding the heck out of the bass drum on this one. Damn, do I love to listen to that song.

* Pretty much the entirety of "Invisible Sun." I do like Andy's work here quite a bit...

OK, I'm noticing the time and I have to run, but I'm also going to post some high points in the first Oysterhead album. I was noticing last night the intro to "Mr. Oysterhead" sounds almost like Stewart's playing some silverware. Forks?

Sorry, just realized I answered the wrong question. I actually don't have a lot of live Police recordings, but thanks to our own Captain Blood - from whom I found a fantastic package in today's post - I may be able to answer the question a bit more fully shortly.
