Frankly I'm surprised that our lads are leading, what with U2 still making music and touring. This poll says more to me about how great The Police truly are, considering their last album of original music was released 26 years ago.

That's cuz The Po-Po is some badass muthafuckers... that's all I'm sayin'!

While both bands are led by talented signer/song writers who can be a little too much at times, I have never been a fan of one and LOVE the other, espcially for its drummer.

U2 has fizzled out...
Their new album is pitiful, their last one was just okay, and their prime was definitely the 80s. The difference here is that U2 kept going and sucked more and more when the Police decided to call it quits while they still owned.

I had difficulty with that decision, but I went with The Beatles in the end. I'm just not sure how I could vote against them in any contest, hard as it might be. I love Queen.
