Anyone going to Dublin

I feel the need for a show without chairs. I'm sure I've got one 'scramble for the front' in me before the knee finally gives out :)

It isn't definite yet - although I have DEFINITELY got the time off work this time....lesson well learned from a couple of weeks back! But there are tickets, flights, and nearly hotel rooms available. Will be able to bounce around without fear of knocking over furniture or damaging the Green Menace :-)

Still hoping to get to a US show if they do any east coast in the spring....

Also hoping to win the lottery to pay for all this! Eek.

Incredible world tour.

I feel so happy for Stewart.

We all know he finally made this reunion!

Right. I'm definitely going. If anyone wants to meet up before hand (you know you do....), I'm happy to use my out of date knowledge of the fine city to locate a suitable venue, unless we have local knowledge on the forum?

Croke Park is just about walkable from the city centre (a couple of miles) so even if the public transport conks out (Twickenham - I'm looking at you!) it's all good.

Expect I will get there Friday to avoid last minute flight panic.

I was so going to get to the Dublin show. Then I remembered I live in the middle of nowhere, USA...and can barely afford my rent. LOL!! So, do have fun at the show!! Give Stewart a wave for me! ;-)

I must remember to read replies to my own threads before I post on new ones.

To quote the great DM (headdesk)

Thanks gio. As I said - beer is on me!
